Reinforced frames and temples are injectio n molded from TR90NZZ thermoplastic and anatomically shaped for improved comfort during everyday usa ge. Additional rubber elements on the nose and temple sections substantially increase the wearing comfort.
The lenses are extruded, cut, and hea t formed from shatterproof polycarbonate. The glasses are then polarized and layered in a scratch-re sistant and anti-reflection hard coating for increased resistance to grazing and surface damage. Add itional oleophobic treatment guarantees liquid and chemical protection. The lenses are ballistic-rat ed with ANSI Z87+ and MIL-PRF 32432 ratings and provide 100% UVA and UVB protection with distortionl ess clarity. The high-contrast violet lenses with a green mirror grant optimal light transmission, a bsorb colors equally for proper hue perception and nullify reflections.
