Description

A two-piece polymer and metal-made cover designed and manufactured by Magpul for 5.5" long suppressors.

The product is designed to protect the shooter's gear and apparel from burns and the high temperature of heated suppressors. It also speeds up heat dissipation, protects the device from external damage, and reduces the thermal signature of the firearm. Moreover - the cover minimizes the mirage visibility distortion that appears above the suppressor.

The two-piece construction consists of a heat shield installed directly to the suppressor via steel clamps and a heat-resistant polymer-made sleeve that attaches to the metal shield. Space between both elements allows the airflow to cool the suppressor efficiently.

The cover is compatible with 1.5"/38mm outer diameter round suppressors with a 5.5"/140mm length.
