It was launched with the explicit mission of enhancing certain essential features of 1911-style handguns. It is powered by green gas, weighs 820g, has a length of 220 mm, and offers a magazine capacity of 15 rounds. The M1911 MEU uses a 115 mm long inner barrel and generates approximately 330 FPS.
