ZP-19-01 from LCT is one of the most iconic SMG-sized AK-style replicas in the manufacturer's selection. This model is supplied with highly modernized furniture and double-stack mid-cap magazines.
Sub-compact sizes make this model a perfect option for close to mid-range encounters and CQB scenarios.
The factory-mounted front section was upgraded with an aluminum-made two-piece handguard equipped with Picatinny rails on the top, bottom, and sides. The hinged dust cover is bolted-on to the lower handguard for stable zero-holding. This setup allows attachment accessories suitable to preference or mission requirements. The barrel is outfitted with a 14 mm CCW thread and can take various muzzle devices.
Thanks to the redesigned skeletonized left-side-folding stock, it is simple to transport and stash. An additional cheek pad and rubberized stock plate increase comfort and help with faster aiming down the sights. For mounting dedicated optical devices, an AK-style dovetail rail is riveted to the left side of the receiver.
The amount of craftsmanship and attention to detail give the end-user feeling of a real firearm - almost all metal parts are made of steel or aluminum alloy. The buttstock, dust cover, and handguard are CNC machined of aluminum. Other elements like the body, outer barrel, sights, and hexagonal muzzle device are manufactured of steel. The only polymer-made parts are the pistol grip and magazine.
The heart of the ZP-19-01 is a reliable and precisely made V3 gearbox that provides optimal performance and grants a solid base for further tuning.
